1. THE BINDING VERDICT

Engagement with Sheldon Richmont (SR) constitutes a total and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms. We do not negotiate with bureaucracies; we align with Sovereigns. If you do not represent one of the Power-25 Decision-Making Posts (Founders, CEOs, MDs, etc.) or if you do not agree to the high-velocity mechanics of the Zero Protocol, you are prohibited from utilizing our infrastructure.

2. THE 30/70 COVENANT (FINANCIAL ARCHITECTURE)

Our financial model is built on Skin in the Game. Unlike legacy firms that profit from your stagnation, our revenue is tethered to your outcome.

The Activation Stake (30%): To trigger a 120-Hour Sprint, a non-refundable initiation fee of 30% of the total project value is required. This secures the deployment of our remote tactical units and the reservation of our Trillion-Dollar Territory nodes.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & SOVEREIGN RIGHTS

The Client Output: Upon full payment of the 70% Success Unlock, the client is granted a "Sovereign License" to utilize the specific instance of the engine built for them in perpetuity.
Anti-Reverse Engineering: Any attempt to deconstruct, replicate, or resell the SR architectural logic to third parties will result in an immediate "Digital Wipe" and legal retaliation across all 16 target jurisdictions.

6. SECURITY & DISCRETION

Mutual Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to absolute silence regarding the specific mechanics of the infiltration and the proprietary data processed.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SR’s total liability for any claim arising from a Sprint is capped at the 30% Activation Stake paid for that specific module.

8. TERMINATION AND THE "DIGITAL WIPE"

By the Sovereign: The client may terminate a Sprint at any time. However, the 30% Activation Stake is forfeited.
By SR: We reserve the right to terminate the Covenant if we detect "Systemic Friction," unethical conduct, or a failure to maintain the Power-25 standard.
The Wipe: Upon termination for breach, SR reserves the right to remotely retract all installed code and access keys, returning the client's infrastructure to its pre-SR state.

9. GLOBAL JURISDICTION

The SR Ecosystem is borderless. However, for legal resolution, this Covenant is governed by the laws of our primary operational hubs (Singapore or Qatar), at the discretion of Sheldon Richmont. Any disputes will be resolved through private, binding arbitration to maintain the integrity of the Shield Protocol.
